Smoked Salmon Finger Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 12 slices of white bread (no crust)
  • Smoked salmon
  • 3/4 cup of cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp of capers
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill

Smoked Salmon Finger Sandwiches

Time: 15 minutes prep
Servings: 6
 

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, capers, and dill.
  2. Spread on two bread slices.
  3. Place a thinly sliced piece of smoked salmon, on one piece of the bread, and combine the two pieces to form a sandwich.
  4. Cut the sandwiches in a cris-cross fashion
