Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked bluefish [or fish of choice]
- 1 pound cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- juice of 1 lime
- 3-4 drops Tabasco
- 3-4 drops Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions
- Place all the ingredients in bowl or an electric mixer and blend well.
- Garnish with black olives and serve on crusty bread or crackers.
