Smoked Bluefish Pate

Ingredients

  • 1 pound smoked bluefish [or fish of choice]
  • 1 pound cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 3-4 drops Tabasco
  • 3-4 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Smoked Bluefish Pate

Time: 20 minutes prep
Servings: 6-8
 

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in bowl or an electric mixer and blend well.
  2. Garnish with black olives and serve on crusty bread or crackers.
