  • 3/4 to 1 pound round steak, 3/4 to 1 inch thick, cut in serving pcs
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can tomatoes, cut up
  • 2 or possibly 3 carrots, halved lengthwise
  • 2 potatoes, scrubbed and cut in quarters
  • 1 med. onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1 green pepper, seeded and cut in quarters
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Assemble all ingredients in a 3 1/2 qt slow cooker. Cook at low heat 7 hrs or possibly till meat is tender and vegetables are tender. Makes 1 or possibly 2 servings.
