Slow Cooker Beef And Beer Recipe

Ingredients
- 2Â 1/2 ounce dry onion soup mix
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1 x bay leaf
- 2 lb cubed beef
- 12 ounce beer
Directions
- Combine all but beer in slow cooker. Toss till meat is well coated with ingredients. Pour beer over meat and stir. Place lid on cooker and cook on HIGH for 5 to 6 hrs.
- Remove bay leaf. Serve over noodles, rice or possibly mashed potatoes.
