8 cups water
2 cups oats (steel cut)
1 apple
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a 5-6 quart slow cooker and turn on low
Put lid on and leave for 7-8 hours or until oats are tender
