Slow Cooked Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 pound grnd beef
  • 1 1/2 c. minced onions
  • 1 c. minced green pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely cut
  • 28 ounce. can whole tomatoes
  • 2 (16 ounce.) cans kidney beans
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Slow Cooked Chili

Directions

  1. Brown grnd beef; add in onions, green pepper, garlic, tomatoes, kidney bens, salt, chili pwdr, pepper and cumin in a slow cooker. Cover and simmer on low setting for 6 - 8 hrs. Makes 8 - 10 servings.
