Skinny Oreo Cookies and Cream Milkshake to Celebrate Oreo’s 100th Birthday

Get out the blender…Why bother to dunk your Oreo cookies in cold milk? Here the cookies are, in a sense, “pre-dunked.” Each dreamy sip provides a flavorful proportion of Oreo cookie and vanilla flavors and the shake gets extra body from the ground-up cookies. I’ve made it skinny by using 1% reduced-fat milk, reduced-fat Oreo cookies and a little sugar substitute. One serving has 118 calories, 2.5 grams of fat, and 3 Weight Watchers POINTS PLUS. I’m comparing this skinny shake to the popular Baskin-Robbins Oreo Cookies and Cream Shake at an astounding 990 calories and 46 grams of fat. Wow! Most of us have grown up with Oreo cookies and milk, so I hope you enjoy this skinny shake.
