- Core of a ripe Banana Stem about a 5 inches
- One Carrot - cut into small peaces
- Coriander leaf - a small bunch
- Chilli - one
- Salt to taste
- Yogurt - a small cup
Directions
- Cut the Banana stem into small pieces after discarding the outer layer
- Put the pieces in a small bowl.
- Add the Yogurt
- Mix the chopped Chilly, Carrot, and Coriander leaf and Salt
