Shrimp Salad New Orleans Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. cool cooked rice
- 1 pound cooked, minced shrimp
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Dash of pepper
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 1 tbsp. minced green onions
- 2 tbsp. French dressing
- 1 tbsp. minced, stuffed olives
- 3/4 c. diced, raw cauliflower
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
Directions
- Mix rice, shrimp, salt, pepper, green pepper, green onions, olives, and cauliflower. Mix French dressing, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Toss dressing and shrimp mix together and chill.
