  • 2 bags boil in a bag rice, success rice cooked
  • 1 cauliflower coarsley minced
  • 2 green peppers coarsely minced
  • 6 stalks celery coarsely minced
  • 1 1/2 to 2 pound shrimp, steamed and shelled
  • 1 pkg. imitation crab meat liquid removed and minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Toss all together in large bowl. Bind with salad dressing. I use a combination Marzettis slaw dressing and Miracle Whip.
