  • 1 c. ham strips
  • 2 c. cooked shrimp
  • 2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 med. clove garlic, chopped
  • 3/4 celery, minced
  • 1/4 c. onion, minced
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can condensed cream of shrimp soup
  • 1/2 c. light cream
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley
  • 4 frzn pastry patty shells, baked & ready (Pepperidge Farm)

Directions

  1. In saucepan lightly brown ham and saute/fry mushrooms, celery, onion and garlic in butter. Stir in soup and cream. Add in shrimp and parsley. Serve in patty shells. Serves 4.
