Directions

  1. Saute/fry onions and bell pepper in butter. Add in soup, cheese, and half & half cream. Stir this over low heat till cheese is melted. Add in lemon juice and cooked shrimp. Check for seasoning. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper (if necessary). Serve shrimp mix warm in cooked patty shell.
  2. Note: Try this with crawfish too while they're in season.
