Shrimp & Feta Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked shrimp
  • 1 pound feta cheese, rinsed, patted dry & crumbled
  • 12 minced green onions
  • 4 tbsp. minced fresh basil
  • 4 lg. tomatoes, minced
  • 1 pound pasta, cooked (I use colored mix)
  • 2 Packages Good Seasons Italian dressing mix

Directions

  1. Combine shrimp, feta, onions, basil, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Let mix stand at room temperature at least an hour in the mix of Good Seasons salad mix (made according to package directions). Add in pasta to shrimp and sauce. Toss to coat well. (Can be made ahead and leftovers are delicious.)
