Directions

  1. Heat extra virgin olive oil and saute/fry the minced garlic, onion, and green pepper.
  2. When half done, add in the shrimp. When shrimp turn pink, add in the tomatoes, saffron, salt, coloring and water. When mix starts boiling, add in 1 c. rice. Bake in oven at 350 deg. for 15 min. Garnish with peas, pimiento and parsley leaves.
