  • 3. 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  • 4. 1 med. onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
  • 5. 1 med. bay leaf
  • 6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 7. 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 8. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. 1. Place all ingredients in 5 qt casserole. Microwave, covered, at High (100%) for 5 min.
  2. 2. Reduce power to Medium (50%), microwave 25 min. Stir. Microwave, covered, at Medium (50%) till beef is tender, 25 to 35 min. Let stand 10 min. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
