Shiner Bock Beer Cheese Spread Recipe
This recipe is from the Spoetzl Brewery in Shiner, Texas.
Serve with flavored crackers or Triscuits.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated.
- 1/2 cup Shiner Bock Beer
- 1 tbs. Worcestershire
- 2 tsp. minced onin
- 1/2 tsp. Colman's dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco
Directions
- Process all ingredients in a food processor.
- Pack into lidded container and refrigerate for at least two days.
- Keeps several weeks in fridge.
