  • 1 head lettuce, torn into bite size pcs
  • 1/2 c. minced green pepper
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 can garden peas, liquid removed
  • 2 c. Kraft salad dressing mixed with 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 6 slices crisply fried bacon, crumbled
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. In oblong dish layer lettuce, pepper, onion and peas. Spread salad dressing over top. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Add in crumbled bacon. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese again. Cover with Saran Wrap and chill overnight.
