Seafood Herb Tart


  • 1 tube (10 ounce.) refrigerated dough for pizza or possibly 6.5 ounce. pkg. pizza crust mix
  • 1 med. tomato, minced
  • 1/2 green pepper, minced
  • 1/2 med. onion, minced
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounce. pkg. Louis Kemp Crab Delights flakes or possibly chunks
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 3 tbsp. water
  • 2 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Seafood Herb Tart



  1. Spread dough on bottom and halfway up sides of greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Top with tomato, green pepper, onion, Parmesan cheese and Crab Delights. Mix Large eggs, water, mustard and seasoning in small bowl. Pour over Crab Delights. Bake in 375 degree oven for 25 min or possibly till Large eggs are set and puffed in center. Let stand 5 min before cutting. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
