Seafood Bisque

Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed clam chowder
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 (3 ounce.) can minced mushrooms
  • 1 (6 1/2 or possibly 7 1/2 ounce.) can crabmeat, liquid removed and flaked
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. cooking sherry
  • butter

Seafood Bisque

Servings: 6
 

Directions

  1. Combine chowder and lowfat milk; heat to boiling. Add in mushrooms with liquid and crabmeat. Heat through. Stir in sherry just before serving. Float a bit of butter on top. Garnish with parsley. Makes 4 or possibly 5 servings.
