  • 500g Spare Ribs
  • 1 Sour Plum
  • (A)
  • ½ Chilli (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Black bean paste with Garlic
  • ½ tsp Cornflour
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 Tsp Chinese wine

Time: 5 minutes prep, 15 minutes cook

Directions

  1. Rinse pork ribs thoroughly. Marinade with (A) for at least an hour. *The corn flour will ensure the meat comes out tender.
  2. Break up the sour plum into pieces & remove seed. Add to marinated pork.
  3. Prepare steamer & steam pork for 15-20 mins. Ensure pork is completely cooked before serving. The juicy meat with the tangy sauce goes really well with a bowl of fragrant rice.
