wder:%20when%20using%20baking%20powder,%20the%20baking%20time%20was%20remarkably%20shorter%20than%20without%20it.%20With%20baking%20powder%20the%20baking%20time%20was%20just%2015%20minutes%20while%20without%20baking%20powder%20the%20time%20was%20approximately%2025%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20also%20tried%20different%20amounts%20of%20cheddar%20cheese%20powder.%201/4%20cup%20(60%20ml)%20was%20too%20little,%20there%20wasn%E2%80%99t%20enough%20flavor.%201/2%20cup%20(120%20ml)%20made%20the%20muffins%20far%20too%20salty.%20So,%20I%20ended%20up%20with%201/3%20cup%20(80%20ml),%20which%20was%20just%20perfect.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETips%20for%20variation%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%E2%80%99ve%20added%201/8%20teaspoon%20garlic%20powder%20to%20give%20some%20extra%20palatable%20flavor.%20However,%20please%20feel%20free%20to%20omit%20it%20completely,%20or%20replace%20it%20with%20fresh,%20crushed%20garlic.%20This%20is%20perfect%20especially%20if%20you%20are%20a%20great%20garlic%20fan.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EInstead%20of%20garlic,%20you%20can%20use%20any%20of%20your%20favorite%20herbs.%20Fresh%20or%20dry,%20anything%20you%20have%20available.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMake%20surprise%20muffins%20by%20adding%20a%20pitted%20olive%20on%20top%20of%20each%20muffin,%20right%20before%20putting%20the%20muffins%20in%20the%20oven.%20Well,%20basically%20you%20can%20add%20anything:%20instead%20of%20olive,%20use%20a%20piece%20of%20sausage,%20a%20dab%20of%20cream%20cheese,%20a%20cherry%20tomato%20or%20anything%20you%20fancy%20at%20the%20moment.%20The%20topping%20will%20sink%20nicely%20to%20the%20middle%20of%20the%20muffin.%20This%20is%20a%20great%20opportunity%20to%20use%20any%20leftovers%20from%20your%20fridge.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYou%20can%20add%20also%20some%20compound%20butter%20on%20top%20of%20each%20muffin,%20just%20before%20putting%20the%20muffins%20in%20the%20oven.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMake%20a%20Comment%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
