Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 2 (6 to 8 ounce.) salmon steaks
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- Dash garlic pwdr
- 4 slices lemon or possibly a few drops of lemon juice

Sauteed Salmon Steaks
Servings: 4
Directions
- Heat oil in skillet; add in salmon steaks.
- Heat butter and combine with soy sauce and garlic pwdr. Baste salmon steaks. Cook about 5 min or possibly till browned on one side. Turn, baste, place lemon slices (or possibly a few drops of lemon juice) on steaks and cook till salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork.
