Sauteed Salmon Steaks

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 2 (6 to 8 ounce.) salmon steaks
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • Dash garlic pwdr
  • 4 slices lemon or possibly a few drops of lemon juice

Sauteed Salmon Steaks

Servings: 4
 

Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet; add in salmon steaks.
  2. Heat butter and combine with soy sauce and garlic pwdr. Baste salmon steaks. Cook about 5 min or possibly till browned on one side. Turn, baste, place lemon slices (or possibly a few drops of lemon juice) on steaks and cook till salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork.
