by Ang Sarap

Of all the free style cooking I made I guess this would easily go to the top of my favourite list. I never knew these three ingredients would blend really well together the creamy butter beans, spicy chorizo and mild squid perfectly matches and enhances each of their our flavour and texture characteristics. Serve it with rice or crusty bread and it becomes a complete and easy to prepare weekday dinner.
