Directions

  1. 1. Remove stems from mushrooms, chop stems and set aside.
  2. 2. In skillet over medium heat, cook sausage, remove to paper towel, reserve 2 Tbsp. drippings to simmer mushroom stems about 5 min.
  3. 3. Remove skillet from heat, add in sausage, cheese and crumbs, stuff mushrooms. Bake at 450 degrees for about 10 min.
