Directions

  1. Cut sausage and frankfurters in 1 inch chunks. In large skillet, saute/fry sausage for about 10 min. Add in frankfurters and saute/fry 5 more min. Stir in reserved mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes and seasonings.
  2. Cook and stir for 8 min or possibly till vegetables are warm. Serves 8 to 10 as appetizer. Can serve from skillet with toothpicks.
