Sausage, Egg n cheese bake

Ingredients

  • 70 lbs Breakfast sausage
  • 8.75 gal bread, cubed
  • 35 doz Eggs
  • 35 quarts half and half
  • 1 cup Salt
  • 17.5 pounds shredded Cheddar cheese

Sausage, Egg n cheese bake

Time: 60 minutes prep, 45 minutes cook
Servings: 400
 

Directions

  1. Brown sausage drain and chop.
  2. Cube bread and place in bottom of greased hotel pan.
  3. Sprinkle drained sausage and then cheese over bread.
  4. Beat eggs, milk and salt.
  5. Pour over bread, cheese and sausage,
  6. Bake at 350 degrees in preheated oven for 45 minutes until slightly browned on top but firm in the middle.
