Ingredients

  • 4 ounce Jimmy Dean sausage
  • 1 pkt (8 ounce) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced green olives
  •     Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Crumble and slowly cook sausage over medium heat in a skillet. Drain off excess fat. Mix cooked sausage with cream cheese. Add in minced olives. Form into bite-size balls. Roll in Parmesan cheese. Serve on toothpicks.
