  • 2 liters of water (about 8 1/2 cups)
  • 1 tsp finely grated ginger root
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 12 mint leaves

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and chill in the fridge overnight.
