Ingredients
2 liters of water (about 8 1/2 cups)
1 tsp finely grated ginger root
1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
12 mint leaves
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and chill in the fridge overnight.
