Sapphire Smash cocktail Recipe
Wonderful, easy to create cocktail for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1.5oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
- 2 wedges of lemon approx 1/5th of a lemon
- 3 basil
- 3 mint
- 3 strawberries
- 1/2oz simple syup
- Splash of club soda
Directions
- muddle all ingredients in a Rocks glass, add ice and stir thoroughly. Crown with club soda. Garnish with basil leaf and 1/2 a Strawberry.
