Sapphire Peppered Peach Collins Recipe
Tasty and refreshing Cocktail with a touch a spice in the background to keep your taste buds awake!!!!
Ingredients
- 1.5oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
- 3/4oz Lemon juice
- 1/2oz Simple syrup
- 1oz Peach puree
- pinch of ground black pepper
- Charge with club soda
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a Collins/highball glass. Add ice and stir for 10 seconds. Charge with Club soda and stir one more time. Garnish with a Lemon wedge and a slice of peach if you have any!!
