Salsa Fresca (Fresh Tomato Salsa) Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 3 jalepeno peppers
- 2 scallions
- 1 1/2 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and fresh grnd pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender and whip for 1-2 seconds. (If desired it coarse). If desired it smooth, then puree in blender for 5-10 seconds.
