Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 Ounce) Diced Tomatoes With Juice
  • 2 cans (10 Ounce) Rotel Lime & Cilantro Tomatoes & Chilies
  • 1 whole Large Tomato
  • 1/4 whole Onion
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 whole Jalapeno, halved and seeded
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 whole Lime Juice

Directions

  1. I have a 12 cup food processor and this fits just perfectly, so you may need to adjust depending on what size you have.
  2. Place ingredients in food processor and pulse until you get to the desired consistency, about 20 times.
