  • Aneto, tritato (poco, Q.B.)
  • Arancia (2 fettine)
  • Pomodoro Fresco, tagliato a dadini (10g)
  • Olio buono (Q.B.)
  • Sale (Q.B.)
  • Pepe (Q.B.)

Directions

  1. Condire tutti gli ingredienti a parte il salmone con sale, pepe, olio.
  2. Mettere salmone al centro del piatto, e poi tutti gli altri ingredienti.

    I have tested this dish at Ernesto's place and tried to do it back home... The maestro Ernesto has really a lot of talents in his choice of ingredients and his technique to mix it. So good!
