Salmon With Butter & Lemon

Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) salmon filet, with skin
  • 4 Tab. Butter
  • Juice of one lemon, divided
  • Lemon wedges
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Salmon With Butter & Lemon

Directions

  1. In lg. pan, med heat, melt butter. Add fish, skin side down, and pour on half the lemon
  2. Cover & let cook for 5 min.
  3. Flip the fish & remove skin with tongs, then add the other half of the lemon juice. Put cover back on & cook r more min.
  4. Serve with fresh lemon& cracked black pepper.
