Ingredients
- 1 med. head lettuce
- 1/2 bunch watercress
- 1 c. very sm. white mushroom caps

Directions
- Wash lettuce and watercress and pat dry. Break into bite sized pcs and place in salad bowl. Wash mushrooms and add in to bowl. Toss with dressing.
