Rustic Ham & Cabbage Soup Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 Tbs. Olive Oil
• 2 potatoes, diced (skins left on)
• 2 carrots, thinly sliced
• 4 tsp. jarred minced garlic
• 1 onion, diced
• 3 chicken bouillon cubes
• 6 cups water
• 1-2 cups diced ham (I added it frozen)
• 14.5 oz can Cannellini beans, rinsed/drained
• 1/2 head cabbage, sliced or shredded into ribbons
