Ruby's Famous Lemon Meringue Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 can Eagle brand lowfat milk 1 sm. can condensed lowfat milk 3 egg yolks

1/2 c. Realemon juice 1 graham cracker crust or possibly Pet Ritz pie crust, cooked

Directions

1. Fold in a medium bowl Eagle brand lowfat milk, condensed lowfat milk, egg yolks, mix thoroughly, add in lemon juice, pour into pie shell.
