Ingredients
- 4 whole chicken breasts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Herb stuffing
- 6 to 8 tbsp. melted butter
- Mushroom sauce

Royal Chicken Breasts
Servings: 6
Directions
- Combine flour and seasonings in paper or possibly plastic bag. Add in chicken breasts, one at a time, and shake gently, coating thoroughly.
- Fill cavity of each piece with herb stuffing. Skewer closed.
- Dip each side of breast in melted butter. Place in baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for 45 min or possibly till tender. Serve with mushroom sauce.
- This recipe is really elegant for an impressive "company dinner".
