Rosemary beefsteak

Today we will make a juicy rosemary beefsteak with butter and a thick layer of freshly grounded pepper. I already found out, that to make a good steak, you only need to find out the best frying time. The beef stepper that I chose has a t-shaped bone because it adds an extra flavor to the roast. Yes, this meat has more fat, but it’s much tastier than lean beef. I served with fried garlic potatoes. Without garlic, I can’t imagine a lot of my recipes.

Ingredients

  • 1 Beef stepper with t-shaped bone
  • 1teaspoon of Chopped rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of Butter
  • pinch of Salt
  • pinch of Pepper
  • clove of Garlic

Directions

  1. Prepare butter. Firstly we have to keep butter at a room temperature for a few minutes until it's softened. Now, when a butter is soft, press the garlic, chop rosemary and mix it well.
  2. Keep the steak at room temperature for about half an hour. Heat oven to 200 ° C. In a heat-resistant pan put a spoon of butter and olive oil. Put some salt and pepper on a steak and roast it from both sides for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary and transfer it with the whole pan to the oven. If you want completely baked steak, cook it in the oven for a 5minutes. If you want medium - done, cook for a shorter period.
  3. Remove steak from the oven, put some butter on it, cover the frying pan and leave it for 5 minutes.
