Rolo Cookies Recipe
Everybody loves these cookies! So easy a kid can make too! Great for dinners or school events. Makes about 40 cookies only using a few ingredients. Works well if you make them immediately before an event or the night before. A must-try recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 box Devils Food Cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 (12 oz) bag Rolo's (about 40)
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Directions
- Mix cake mix, oil, and eggs by hand with spoon. *Ignore box directions.
- Take a small amt. of dough and form a ball around the Rolo. (Only use enough dough to cover the Rolo so it can spread through the cookie.)
- Place 1-2 inches apart on sprayed cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350* for 7 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
- Cool completely on cookie sheet before removing.
