Ingredients
- 6 ounce pizza dough
- dusting of AP flour
- 1-5 ounce jar roasted Red Peppers
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup arugula

Roasted Red Pepper & Arugula Single Pizza
Time: 5 minutes prep, 12 minutes cook
Servings: 1
Directions
- Pre Heat oven 450 F
- I use a pizza stone any rimmed sheet pan will work
- Place roasted Red peppers in your blender and run 2 minutes
- Dust the clean work surface with flour and roll out dough
- Add Roasted Red Peppers to the top of pizza dough, add both cheeses and place into the hot oven for 12 minutes
- Top with fresh arugula, slice and enjoy.
