Roasted Red Pepper & Arugula Single Pizza

Ingredients

  • 6 ounce pizza dough
  • dusting of AP flour
  • 1-5 ounce jar roasted Red Peppers
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup arugula

Roasted Red Pepper & Arugula Single Pizza

Time: 5 minutes prep, 12 minutes cook
Servings: 1
 

Directions

  1. Pre Heat oven 450 F
  2. I use a pizza stone any rimmed sheet pan will work
  3. Place roasted Red peppers in your blender and run 2 minutes
  4. Dust the clean work surface with flour and roll out dough
  5. Add Roasted Red Peppers to the top of pizza dough, add both cheeses and place into the hot oven for 12 minutes
  6. Top with fresh arugula, slice and enjoy.
