Ingredients
- 2 cups potatoes, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups carrots,cubed
- 1 1/2 cups onions, quartered
- 2 dash each of oregano, rosemary & basil
- 3 dash of salt garlic
- 3 dash of crushed black pepper

Roasted Potatoes with Carrots and Onions
Servings: 6
Directions
- In a bowl mix the potatoes, carrots and onions. Then add the olive oil and mix. Transfer it to the pan and add the remaining ingredients. Bake it for 45 minutes or until done.
