Ingredients

  •     Water, as needed
  • 1 Tbsp. Defatted pork drippings (from Roast Pork Shoulder)
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 4 1/2 ounce Roast pork, sliced (from Roast Pork Shoulder)

Directions

  1. Serving
  2. Add in water to pork drippings to make 1/2 c..
  3. Stir flour into a small amount of the liquid till smooth Add in remaining liquid.
  4. Cook, stirring constantly, till thickened-about 2 min.
  5. Serve over sliced roast pork.
