RITZ CRACKER, VANILLA WAFER AND GRAHAM CRACKER TREATS

Recipe Summary & Steps

Posted on December 3, 2012 by The Southern Lady

These chocolate treats are so good and so easy to make. They are great treats for the holidays or just anytime and children love them as well as adults. They make great gifts, too.

  • 2 cups chocolate chips, melted (I do mine in the microwave)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter ( I like to use the crunchy, you can use the smooth, too)
  • Ritz crackers, vanilla wafers, graham crackers

Note: You can also use jelly with your peanut butter as a spread. You can add honey to the peanut butter and you can use marshmallow fluff. Use your imagination with this recipe and you can make all kinds of great treats.

Spread your filling on the crackers, wafers or graham crackers. Melt chocolate chips in a small, deep bowl. Dip the sandwiches in the chocolate. Add sprinkles if you want to decorate. Place on wax paper in fridge for an hour or so until chocolate hardens. Makes 8 to 10 treats.

Enjoy!
