Ingredients
- 1 glass rice
- 2 bell peppers (1 green, 1 red for color)
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic pieces
- 1 handful peanuts

Rice with bell pepper and peanuts
Time: 5 minutes prep, 30 minutes cook
Servings: 3 Bowls
Directions
- Boil the rice.
- While rice is boiling slice onion and bell peppers just like peanuts size. Cut very small garlic.
- Fry onion first with some oil, add bell peppers after onion become transparent. Add peanuts, fry a little, add garlic. Add rice and mix all.
