Easy lowfat, yummy sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. turkey pastrami
  • 1/4 c. sauerkraut, well drained
  • 1/8 cup lowfat mozarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. nonfat Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 2 slices dill rye bread

Directions

  1. Spread dressing on one slice of bread, top with pastrami, sauerkraut and cheese.
  2. Spred mustard on second slice of bread, and put on top (mustard side down, of course).
  3. Heat up in a non-stick pan, using a little butter spray, if needed.
  4. Cut in 2, and serve.
