Ingredients
- Plain Yogurt : 1 cup
- Milk : 1/4 cup
- Pudina leaves : 6-8
- Roasted cumin Powder: 1 tsp
- Salt and Pepper : 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala : 1/4 tsp
- Chopped cucumber: 1/2 cup
- Chopped Tomatoes : 1/4 cup

Refreshing Cucumber Raita
Time: 5 minutes prep, 5 minutes cook
Servings: 2 cups
Directions
- Take 1 cup of yogurt and 1/4 cup of milk.
- Whip the yogurt to get a smooth texture and avoid any lumps.
- Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the excess water or finely chop the cucumbers and tomatoes so as to mix it well in the yogurt.
- Add masalas to taste and garnish with preferably garden fresh pudina leaves for unique aroma in the yogurt.
