Refreshing Cucumber Raita

Ingredients

  • Plain Yogurt : 1 cup
  • Milk : 1/4 cup
  • Pudina leaves : 6-8
  • Roasted cumin Powder: 1 tsp
  • Salt and Pepper : 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala : 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped cucumber: 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Tomatoes : 1/4 cup

Refreshing Cucumber Raita

Time: 5 minutes prep, 5 minutes cook
Servings: 2 cups
 

Directions

  1. Take 1 cup of yogurt and 1/4 cup of milk.
  2. Whip the yogurt to get a smooth texture and avoid any lumps.
  3. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the excess water or finely chop the cucumbers and tomatoes so as to mix it well in the yogurt.
  4. Add masalas to taste and garnish with preferably garden fresh pudina leaves for unique aroma in the yogurt.
