Ingredients

  • 18 x hershey's kisses chocolates
  • 1 c. whipping cream divided
  • 1 x baked 9" pie crust cooled
  • 1 pkt vanilla cook & serve pudding and pie filling mix instant pudding)
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. reese's creamy peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  •     additional hershey's kisses chocolates (opt)

Directions

  1. Remove wrappers from chocolate pcs. In small microwave-safe bowl, place chocolate pcs and 2 Tbsp. whipping cream. Microwave at HIGH
  2. (100%) 1 minute or possibly till chocolate is melted and mix is smooth when stirred. Spread chocolate mix over bottom or possibly baked pie crust; chill 30 min or possibly till set. In 2-qt saucepan, place pudding mix and peanut butter. Using whisk, gradually blend in lowfat milk, stirring till smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till pudding thickens and boils; remove from heat. Cold 10 min, stirring frequently. Pour pudding over chocolate mix in pie crust. Chill several hrs or possibly till hard. In small mixer bowl, beat remaining whipped cream, powdered sugar and vanilla till stiff. Spread over top of pie.
  3. Garnish with additional chocolate pcs, if you like. Cover; chill leftover pie.
