Red's Backwoods Texas Bbq Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 5Â 1/3 c. Catsup
- 1 quart Molasses
- 1Â 1/3 c. Decaffeinated Coffee, prepared
- 1Â 1/3 c. Cider Vinegar
- 3 x Chipotle Peppers (Dry), minced fine
- 3 x Jalapeno Peppers, minced fine
- 4 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Dry Thyme
- 2 tsp Cumin
Directions
- Mix well in large pot; run through a blender in batches to thoroughtly blend. Label the sauce with date, and store in gallon jugs.
- Makes 1 1/3 gallons sauce.
- To add in more "fire" to the sauce, add in 10 habanero chile peppers, minced.
