Ingredients

• Grandma Judy's Caramel Popcorn
• 1 stick butter
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 1/2 cup dark brown Karo syrup
• 2 bags Orville Smart Pop popcorn, popped (use a light, no butter popcorn. Butter or grease makes the sugar coating to stick to the popcorn)
